We got great value for our money at Swallow Cottage. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was picturesque, surrounded by open fields, and the staff treated us warmly and went out of their way to help with dinner reservations and sightseeing tips.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more milk, toppings for toast, and some yogurt and fruit.

After a fun-packed day of exploring the beautiful countryside, Swallow Cottage was the perfect retreat for our tired family. The spacious and comfortable interiors offered us a much-needed respite. The peaceful surroundings allowed us to truly relax and unwind. Plus, the breakfast basket provided us with a delicious start to our mornings, ensuring we had plenty of energy for our adventures.
My wife says that having a dishwasher would have made our stay even more convenient for the busy family.

The breakfast basket provided was a wonderful treat, with fresh bread, muesli, tea, and coffee. The location was serene and picturesque, surrounded by fields and with lovely sheep for the children to greet every morning.
The living room didn't heat up enough despite our efforts with the heating. the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.
